What we build

Send a drawing, a wire list, or a photo of the harness you're replacing. Any of those is enough to quote from.

Sensor & control cables

M12, Deutsch DT and DTM, Molex, JST, TE. Overmoulded strain relief or heatshrink boots.

Power & battery leads

Lug and ring terminals to 2/0, hydraulic crimped and inspected. Fused distribution and busbar links.

Panel & machine harnesses

Multi-branch bundles, labelled and continuity tested. Layout board built for anything you'll reorder.

Why we're faster

Big harness houses are built for thousands of pieces. Your twenty-piece run sits behind their production schedule. Ours doesn't.

Quantities: One to a few hundred. Small runs are the whole business, not an interruption.
Materials: Sourced per job from Digi-Key, Mouser and Allied. Stock parts land in days.
Documentation: Wire list, label schedule and continuity test record with every build.
Revisions: Design changes between builds are expected. No change-order paperwork.
Shipping: Local pickup in Greater Vancouver, or courier across Canada and the US.
